Roles & Responsibilities :

The executive engineer is responsible for the design, diagnostic, testing as well as repair and overhaul of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the chillers and other related systems in support of our overall chiller manufacturing process. Spearhead digitization of existing chillers through selection, adoption and/or redesign of PCB & PLCs

Coordinate and liaise with internal production, sales & marketing team as well as external end customers, contractors and consultants on-site

Supervise and check suppliers’ works and/ or end customer requirements according to design drawings, specifications and regulation (local codes or relevant international design codes)

Check and ensure the equipment and material offered in compliance with the specification and drawings.

Generate engineering & electrical drawings with Autocad software

Issue documentation for electrical & instruments - block diagram, control philosophy, cause & effect control philosophy, power loading list, control panel general arrangement drawing
