Qualifications:

• 15+ years industry experience.

• 7+ years of experience product management experience.

• 2+ years AI/ML or 1 year Gen AI experience

• Solid understanding of AI/ML systems, frameworks, developer workflows, ML model architectures, development platforms and software.

• Solid understanding of Large Language Models, generative AI features, models, and controls, emerging gen AI landscape

Responsibilities:

• Define AI product requirements and objectives through market analysis, user research, competitive analysis etc., ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

• Conducting research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, LLM, machine learning, and deep learning techniques and identify opportunities to integrate them into our products and services.

• Contributing to the establishment of best practices and standards for generative AI development within the organization.

• You will work closely with a cross-functional team including engineers, technology architects, marketers, and sales professionals to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

• Define and execute the product roadmap for LLM/Gen AI based products, ensuring alignment with HPs strategic goals.

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into product design and features.

• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support sales enablement.

• Measure and analyze product performance, using data to inform future product decisions and improvements.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and LLM technologies to ensure HP remains a leader in this space.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration across different teams within HP to ensure product success.

Manufacturing Test Software Development Engineer

Description -

What a Manufacturing Test Software Development Engineer does at HP:

• Be responsible for the entire Product Life Cycle (PLC). This includes early New Product Introduction (NPI) engagement with the R&D teams in preparation for the earliest BreadBoard build.  Growing test development thru PLC phases (LP, MP, PP) and up the ramp (SOR). Once production tests are stable, the support moves to Sustaining Engineering thru End of Life. Our team is unique in that we “own” a product “cradle to grave”. 
• Responsible for developing test solutions for new products in HP’s Print Ops organization. 
• Required to work closely with the Research & Development (Hardware and Firmware) & Operations organizations to develop a detailed test strategy for each product assigned.
• Responsible for delivering test solutions to our World Wide Manufacturing Partner(s) and provide cradle to grave support thru entire Product Life Cycle. 
• Collaborate with the test engineering team to leverage solutions across products and share lessons learned.
• Responsible for design, development, test, maintenance, and quality of test solutions. This responsibility starts early in the Product Life Cycle (PLC) during New Product Introduction (NPI) and continuing with Sustaining Engineering (SE) after release to production, and concluding at product end of life (EOL).
• Lead mini-projects that are applicable within the test engineering team.  Be accountable for high quality deliverables on schedule and on budget. 
• Turn Factory test data into actionable information. 

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field with up to 1 year related experience.
• Test Engineering experience with complex Electro-mechanical hardware a plus.  Experience with printing hardware preferred.
• Programming experience with Visual Basic (V6/.net) & Python languages a plus.  Experience with HW test software preferred.
• Experience turning test data into information a plus (Power BI).
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience a big plus (Power Automate).
• Using software applications design tools and languages.
• Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.
• Designing software applications running on multiple platform types
• Software applications testing methodology, including execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools.
• Ability to effectively communicate design proposals and negotiate options.
