• 7 years of experience in Sales Operation, Product Strategy, or Strategy Consulting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience developing frameworks and understanding business constructs and macro-environments.
• Experience with stakeholders and project management, collaborating across various functions.
• Ability to solve strategic and operational problems, and lead and execute strategic and operational initiatives for organizations.
• Ability to guide decision-making and articulate business needs and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in supervising and managing field / surveyors scheduling, attendance and overtime work.
• Plan and manage surveyors' day to day work schedules and job assignments.
• Ensure surveyors submit leave application on timely basis.
• Compile surveyors' daily attendance and overtime works.
• Ensure attendance in overtime spreadsheet is tally with HRMS for payroll accuracy.
• Ensure surveyors comply with AmSpec's policies and procedures, relevant rules and regulatory requirements.
• Managing consumable inventory & procurement.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experiences.
• Good team management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge in MS Office suites, database and information systems.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Attention to detail.
