Summary, Focus and Purpose
At our Company's campus in Elkton, Virginia, we have an entry level position available to support and sustain our manufacturing processes. The manufacturing facility is located in the Shenandoah Valley along the Shenandoah River and the Blue Ridge Mountains a short distance from the University of Virginia and James Madison University.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply their enthusiasm and technical skills as a member of a multidisciplinary team supporting the operation of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and vaccine product manufacturing facilities. Depending on interests, education, experience, and skills, successful candidates will be matched with positions across the Elkton campus and may have the opportunity to participate in developmental rotations across functional areas.

Education
Bachelor degree or higher in engineering, science, or business fields

You Have:
5+ years of experience in a senior level organizational project management role, including corporate or government, such as OSD or Joint Staff

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $106,200.00 to $242,000.00 (annualized USD).
