3. Internal Collaboration

• Develop branded templates, graphics, and other collateral to maintain a consistent visual identity across internal communications.
• Work closely with other *SCAPE departments, such as Programming, Engagement, and Planning, to ensure a cohesive and user/customer-centric approach to marketing.
• Provide marketing expertise and support to help other teams effectively promote their initiatives and engage their target audiences.
• Facilitate the sharing of best practices, success stories, and other valuable information among internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in either marketing, creative/design services, content production, media planning, corporate communications, public relations (in-house or agency) or journalism.
• Familiar with market research, data analytics, design thinking and testing, and adapt in leveraging these insights and emerging technologies to develop customised and targeted communications and marketing deliverables with strong brand resonance.
• Has a strong understanding of emergent media platforms, media and digital media trends.
• Able to remain calm, stay optimistic and communicate clearly, concisely and in a timely manner in times of crisis.
• Prior experience managing multiple projects at a time preferred.
• Experience in working in retail-related advertising and promotion activities is a plus.
