Job Descriptions:
- Meet & exceed sales target towards promoting & selling company’s logistics freight services ; achieve maximum sales in assigned territory;
- Target A, B and C accounts by present and potential dollars of revenues/profits, and probability of success;
- Allocate time and call frequency based on A, B & C targeting;
- Make the appropriate number of calls on prospects versus customers. Identify new sales opportunities potential growth areas, and open new accounts;
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
- Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotations;
- Maintain accounts receivables in accordance to agreed credit terms & limits, and in compliance with company objectives;
- Continually learn new product knowledge and acquire better selling skills;
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products, and markets for logistics services, and reporting to higher levels of supervision;
- Internal coordination on service commitments;
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, trainings, and trade shows;
- To undertake assignment from reporting superior.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Degree, any field
- At least 1 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Airlines and Logistics Industry
- A self-motivated, fast learner and result oriented person with passion for sales
- Strong freight forwarding knowledge with marketing and negotiation skills
- Required languages skills: English, Mandarin, Malay
- Computer literate with good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Work Office at Bandar Botanic, Klang.
- Able to start immediately is added advantage
