Job Responsibilities:
· Preparing of payroll and reports.(Manually+ Electronically)
· Advise Management on Singapore statuary laws, regulations, and Employment Act.
· Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.
· Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, GST, FWL, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, Income tax (IR8A/IR21) matters etc.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma in Human Resources management / Administrative or relevant qualifications.
· Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience. Working experience on worker management will be an added advantage.
· Good knowledge in employment law, HR Policies and best practices.
· Knowledge of Opensoft payroll software will be plus.
