Work Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of pre and post quantity surveying and contract administration.
• Conducting thorough study and comprehension of tender documents, specifications, and requirements for all inquiries.
• Preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), and quantity take-offs, as well as handling variation order costs.
• Ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of tender prices quoted.
• Conducting measurements and take-offs for ongoing projects, and issuing contractual letters and notices to clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Undertaking any additional tasks assigned by superiors or reporting heads as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
• Possessing an analytical and objective-driven personality.
• Capable of working efficiently under minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Previous involvement and experience in tendering and costing would be advantageous.
• Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent, with relevant working experience preferred (preferably in main contractor, high-rise/building work, not housing projects).
• Proficient in Mandarin

• 以前參與招標和成本核算的經驗和經驗將是有利的。
• 持有工料測量或同等學歷學位，具有相關工作經驗者優先（最好是在總承包商、高層/建築工程，而不是住房專案）。
