We take the client through their implementation journey from the point they sign a contract until they go live. Further to this we also plan the decommission of their legacy environment in the case of upgrades.

What you will be doing:

• As a Transition Manager, you would be working as part of the Cloud Transition Management team. You will manage projects that involve E2E Cloud Infrastructure and Network delivery for newly on-boarded clients, upgrades, and migrations.

• You will assemble an internal project team of technical resources & plan system delivery of hosted environments.

• You are client facing, both internal & external, with no travel required. Extensive communication with our customers, professional services & technical teams is a daily requirement.

• You communicate timelines, set expectations, and ensure milestones are completed as scheduled.

• You proactively identify and flag risks and manage the risk to avoid impact to planned work.

• You will be capable of handling multiple projects in parallel, at various project stages.

What you will need:

• Overall 10 to 15 years’ experience with at least 3-4 years’ experience in Technical project management focusing on Infrastructure delivery on Private and Public Cloud hosting platforms

• PMP Certification or Prince 2 certification 

• Experience in managing Cloud Hosting (Server commission, decommission, migration, consolidation, network, application integration, DR recovery and planning and deployment) projects. 

• Mix of experience of both private and public cloud (AWS/Azure)

• Experience working with project management methodology (PMI aligned framework) including project planning, control and assurance methodologies, project management software and practices. 

• Experience working with client requirements, business objectives, and critical success factors. 

• Skilled in estimating and common project management tools 

• Good communication skills

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This position within the Business Risk Management department is responsible to perform the Monitoring & Assurance (M&A) reviews in accordance with the M&A framework with a set of globally aligned methodologies, as well as location specific reviews.

The incumbent will monitor any non-adherence to the existing requirements as set out in the bank’s policies and highlight any potential misconduct and emerging risk to the relevant forum and parties. Your new role
You will work with your direct reports to ensure your portfolio is delivered to plan. Alongside engaging with wider internal and external stakeholders (finance, procurement and operation teams). Implementation of contract management skills (NEC and options A,C & E) and SHES Management will be applied to make you successful within your role.
What you'll need to succeed
As senior project manager to be successful, you will have experience within the construction and utilities industry. You will also have strong leadership skills, a project management qualification and a UK Driving licence and ability for nationwide travel.

Your new role
You will be joining as a Project Manager for their Construction team and required to, but not limited, carry out projects on time while staying within costs and specifications, ensuring that health and safety is being fulfilled properly. This will be expected from the start of the project until closure. Additionally, effective development and execution of NEC contract strategies to ensure successful delivery of projects and manage the performance of third parties through KPI's, EWN's and CE's. Continuous review of project programmes to effectively manage risk is key.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you'll come from an engineering or construction background and be qualified to a minimum of HNC level (or equivalent). You'll need to have good knowledge of interpreting drawings, MTOs, quotations and construction plans.

We are seeking a school business manager to join this primary education setting based on the outskirts of Preston and support the headteacher and governors in ensuring the smooth and successful running of the school. You will be responsible for the strategic planning and support in most areas including finance, operations, facilities, administration, health and safety and site management.

You will have a relevant qualification in business management or equivalent experience in a similar role. You will also have excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. You will have the ability to be friendly and approachable and work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including staff, parents, pupils, governors, and external agencies.

This is a part-time position, 28 hours a week and term time only (39 weeks). Both interim and permanent applicants can be considered for this position, as the long term goal is to recruit for this role on a permanent basis.

• Undertake all business and finance management transactions.
• Monitor and administer the whole school budget.
• Be responsible for the management of administration, data, estate management, health and safety, catering, operations support, human resources and ICT.
• Manage a small team of office staff and support the development of said staff.
• Coordinate staff cover arrangements, ensuring the best value.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Support procurement, contracts, and asset management.
• Plan and manage the recruitment processes within the school.
• Maintain the single central record inline with the HR policies.
• Ensure the ICT systems which include Arbor and FMS function effectively to enhance and support the teaching and learning of the school.
• Promote the school's profile and reputation in the community, supporting the Headteacher with income generation from marketing the school, including lettings.

What you'll need to succeed

• You should already have experience of working in a school environment.
• Experience of contributing at a strategic level within the senior management/leadership team of an organisation.
• Knowledge and experience of managing risk assessments and health and safety legislation.
• Experience of managing budgets and resources.
• Ability to lead and manage change.
• Flexibility and willingness to be adaptable.

You will:

• Oversee workflow to support client onboarding migrations.
• Partner with other project managers to design and execute client onboarding migrations.
• Work with a wider integration project management team.
