Job Duties / Requirements:

• Full Time 3 position available.
• Candidate must posses at least Professional Certificates, Diploma graduates in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years work experience in the related field.  However, fresh graduate also encourage to apply.
• Proficient in CAD drawing, knowledge in computer software and hardware equipment, and familiar with various measuring tools and equipment.
• Ability to planning, communication, coordination, analytical, judgment, organization as well as implementing in various tasks.
• Communication skills : Chinese and English
• Participate in feasibility assessment of new product development.
• Prepare APQP materials and guide the output of relevant unit data in a timely manner.
• Convene new product development meetings as planned, report the meeting contents and the resolutions, and organize meeting minutes,
• Record and send to relevant units, track the results and ensure implementation as planned.
• Responsible for real-time control of supplier's parts/mold progress and problem points.
• Make test samples, issue test orders and track test progress and results.
• Purchase and manage the materials required for new product samples, conduct trial production analysis of the materials, propose problem-solving countermeasures, and follow up on implementation.
• Track the progress of new product molding, inspection, new fixture production, modification, etc. and confirm compliance.
• Follow up on the OEM's trial assembly progress and problem points, propose solutions and provide feedback and track the results of problem-solving.
• Submit PPAP related information, samples, etc., and perform preparations before mass production.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and operating report materials.
• Prepare product budget and control budget execution.
• Responsible for on-site trial production of each changed part and submission of problem points.
• Complete other tasks may assigned by superior leaders from time to time.

Responsibilities:

• To provide engineering support for production operation in addressing any product quality issues and process quality issues.
• To continuously analyse product or equipment specifications and performance requirements for process improvement activities such as mould design, process design, and equipment design.
• To participate in cross functional team that design, fabricates, tests and review new product and existing product.
• To review and ensure proper control of documentation for existing and new product or engineering change (ECO/PCN) and conduct proper handover training for production.
• To support New Product Introduction (NPI).
• To coordinate entire process and product flow from development stage (FA) to mass production.
• To plan and organize resources for all projects to ensure that it is being effectively executed.
• To prepare, compile and analyse design test data to establish performance standards for new product and/or existing modified product.
• To review and finalise control plan related to casting processes and any other documents/samples prior to customer submission.
• Support in any additional task as and when required by the superior.

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Materials or Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 3 years’ experience in die-casting or similar industry.

Job Description;

Requirement;

• College degree or above, science and engineering majors are preferred.
• With factory quality engineering or quality management, 2 Years of work experience.
• More than one year working experience in electronic products or auto parts or magnetic device manufacturing enterprises is preferred;
• Have good analysis and judgment ability, problem-solving ability, strong logical thinking ability, quick thinking, able to do things, good at communication, team spirit, able to bear pressure;
• Familiar ISO9001,learn IATF 16949 priority;
• Good English reading, writing and communication skills, Cantonese or Chinese is preferred;
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin is a must as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking customer.
