-Looking for PM for civil, external, structural and interior fitting out works.
- To also be well verse with MEP, ACMV and architectural works. To chair meeting with client & consultant, to manage sub contractors, scheduling works. Authorities submission and laison with contractor PE for any design and submission as required.
-Develop, Monitor, update and report on project progress to ensure timely completion of work.
-Ensure compliance to quality and safety standards. Ensure workers adhere to safety regulations and are in a safe working environment.
-Liaise with sub-constructors, vendors, clients to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of quality works in accordance to schedule within required regulations,contract specifications.
-Lead a Project Team of consultants, contractors in daily-site activities.
-Minimum 7 years and above of working experience

Main Responsibilities:
· Conduct quantity take off, price, forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
· Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities
· Prepare forecast for monthly subcontractors payments
· Liaise with the client and data entry of project expenses into accounting software system
· Forecasting of final costs and sales
· Prepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts
· Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations
· Prepare submit and negotiate project final accounts
· Commercial vetting of sub-contractor tenders and contracts
· Assist in preparation and adherence to project purchasing targeting and costing budgets
· Lead and delegate work to junior quantity surveyor
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
· At least Diploma holder and 3 years of relevant experience
· At least 3 years of experience in the Interior Design industry preferred

Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive Macro property strategy for key Southeast Asian (SEA) countries, ensuring timely completion of regional network planning to facilitate the progress of new store developments.
- Lead the analysis and evaluation of potentialnew stores, including location analysis, market catchment research and sales forecasts.
- Gather and analyse market and competitor data, conduct research on various regional business districts and communities, and generate strategic insights to support new store development projects.
- Produce evaluation and analysis reports, ensuring that new site selections align with company standards, and establish a database containing information on target area business districts, commercial entities, and community projects·be the key contact with company appointed data supplier and be involved in the sales/or site feasibility linear regression model setting up.
-Provide sales forecasts to the local property team for all proposed new sites·Validate new store proposals submitted by each country.
-Conduct a review of sales performance three months after the store opening
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate analysis, investment, or asset management.
-Deep understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and industry best practices.
