The IT Procurement Manager oversees the daily activities of the centralized technology purchasing function; reviews technology purchasing decisions, orders, and vendor contracts; assists with the ordering of materials and supplies from vendors; researches, interviews, and negotiates with suppliers to obtain prices and specifications; creates purchase orders for the acquisition of materials and performs related administrative tasks. Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3-5 years of work experience;

2. Familiar with the e-commerce logistics industry process of cloud warehouse service providers, and has worked as an e-commerce warehouse service provider before, For 3/4PL management and other tasks, resources will be given priority;

3. Ability to independently design and optimize processes, and have experience in resource management related to third-party warehousing and distribution service providers;

4. Have data analysis capabilities, be familiar with e-commerce logistics industry processes, and have been engaged in e-commerce Logistics products, operations, solutions, etc.;

5. Good interpersonal communication skills

Job briefing

We are looking for an effective Warehouse Manager to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations

• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements

Able to understand and able to speak simple chinese wording as some of the warehouse products label was in Chinese

Prefer Age of the candidate : 35 years old and below (As you may need to carry the heavy loading via trolley, operate pallet jack & Electric pallet trucks )
