As our Contract Logistics Business Development Sr. Execuitve, you'll be at the forefront of our company's growth in the contract logistics field. Main Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Handle all import and export related shipments and deliveries;
• Prepare import and export shipping documents;
• Perform data entry and maintain documentation related to shipping activities;
• Communicate and liaise with various departments and suppliers to ensure smooth arrangement for all shipments;
• Coordinate with shipping / forwarding agents;
• Coordinate with certification centre and insurance company;
• Update and maintain shipping schedule reports;

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent;
• Minimum 1 year of working experiences in relevant field;
• Familiar with Export and Import rules and regulation;
• Positive Attitude and Self-motivation;
• Meticulous and proactive; 
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision, in a team, meet deadlines, meticulous and multi task
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Malay, Mandarin.

• Memahami mengenai sistem atau prosedur eksport dan import
