Job Description & Requirements
· Maintain and oversee day to day operations of the Company's Finance Department (AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets)
· Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and analysis of financial accounts
· Collate information with relevant departments and analyse project costs, revenue and related balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis and comment on variance
· Process accounting adjustments as per latest FRS standard
· Ensure accuracy and all reporting deadlines are met
· Management of cash flow and credit control
· Update of daily cash book and petty cash management
· Provide guidance, advice and support (including subsidiaries) at the operational level
· Perform monthly reporting and review of Financial Statement for Management
· Submission of Quarterly GST reports
· Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents on financing, treasury, accounting, taxation and insurance risk matters
· Maintain and oversee day to day functions of HR Department, including to ensure employee information are updated.
· Perform quarterly stock inventory audit
. Oversee all HR and payroll functions
. Prepare monthly, quaterly and Year-end finacial reports.
· Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / ACCA or equivalent
· At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
· Preferably with experience in Construction or Manufacturing industries
· Meticulous and able to work independently
· Self-motivated, resourceful and with a strong sense of initiative
· Team player with good interpersonal skills
· Possess problem solving and strong analytical skills
