1. Spearhead the introduction of new processes in the factory
2. Work with the suppliers and / or the assigned engineers from HQ on the installation of new equipment/tools
3. Establish procedures and conduct trainings with the relevant sections in the manaufacturing line.
4. Propose solutions, evaluate and recommend changes for process enhancement to improve quality and build cycle time.
5. Lead and work with HW team on design of prototype daughter boards , including the replacement of defective components in a complex board layout during PCB repair.
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of working experience in Semiconductor industry
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical or equivalent
- Skills Require :
1. Process improvement & troubleshooting related experiences.
2. Preferably with electronic hardward and PCB knowledge.

· Business-develop and establish Channel Partnership
· Business-develop by outreach to business owners, associations, agencies, etc.
· Manage and support established Channel Partner in funneling-in SME business owners
· Manage and support Channel Partner in aligning/adhering to company’s SOPs (Marketing, Event, Sales)
· Prospect and port-in SME business owners to Channel Partner as value-adding into better managing Channel Partner
