• Manage the overall maintenance, repair and the day-to-day upkeep of the Club’s properties, facilities, and equipment with regular inspections and implement an effective maintenance program.
• Plan, execute and supervise building upkeep and maintenance carried out by term contractors and service providers engaged by the Club and ensure that services rendered are according to agreed standards and timelines.
• Supervise and follow-up on the completion of additions and alteration works of the Club's renovations, and rectification of defects of the building.
• Source for and manage facilities’ suppliers and service providers.
• Provide operational and logistical support for the Club’s various daily activities.
• Perform minor repairs, including but not limited to masonry, minor electrical, plumbing, and temporary repairs on an emergency basis.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and statutory obligations in relation to the Club properties and facilities as well as workplace safety and health requirements.
• Oversee and supervise the day-to-day activities of the facilities and maintenance team, provide backup for procurement, system administration, and other activities.
• Execute facilities management related activities and administration.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the Club’s budget for facilities management.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Estate Management or its equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of building operations and maintenance and related regulatory requirements. Prior experience in MCST and Country Club organisations will be advantageous.
• General knowledge of building maintenance, general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, audio systems and D.I.Y. building works.
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of reading architecture plans.
• Good organisational, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Willing to work one weekend per month.

- Ensure conduction of regular safety inspection & maintains safety inspection record.

- Prepare Company's safety documents.

- Handle company safety & ISO audit.

Requirements:

- Registered WSH Officer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Front Desk (60%)

• Attend to calls, email queries and walk-ins promptly and professionally.

• Process and oversee internal dispatch of documents between campuses.

• Provide information and assistance to external and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain proper organization of resource and materials.

• Ensure safe custodial and functionality of school equipment.

• Issue and ensure return of school equipment and resource.

• Manage lost and found and general issuance of resource to meet staff and students’ needs.

• Assist in daily operations for arrival and dismissal routines, fire drills etc.

2. Administrative Support (30%)

• Provide administrative support to facilitate communication with external and internal stakeholders e.g. draft consent forms, disseminate and collate returns of forms and data, etc.

• Assist in data tracking and update of databases and perform simple analysis to generate reports to external and internal stakeholders.

• Manage physical/digital filing of administrative documents.

• Provide general administrative support to school programmes and events.

4. Others (10%)

• Provide general administrative support in organizational wide programmes and events.

• Participate in school and AAS wide programmes and events.

• Participate in a working committee to advance school’s vision and mission.

• Undertake tasks and duties as assigned by Administration Manager and Principals to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless processing of credit facility disbursement for loan products, Trade and Supply Chain Financing Products.
• Possess good drafting skills and be able to draft and/or vet letters of offers, ensuring that all approved terms and conditions for the banking facilities and the Bank’s standard requirements are accurately incorporated and adhered to.
• Verify that all loans are approved in accordance with the Bank’s Lending Authority Limits.
• Work with RMs and appointed solicitors to ensure that loan documentation complies with approved T&Cs and is properly executed.
