JOB DESCRIPTION: INTERN MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Montigo Resorts is the hospitality arm of KOP Limited, a Singapore-based listed property development,

SCOPE:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team. You will assist in
building and upholding the image and brand positioning of Montigo Resorts within the marketplace and
the perception of the general public. You will help with managing the marketing calendars of each resort
as well as the digital and offline campaigns. Daily duties include working on, promotions, campaign
management, digital and new media development, social media engagement, as well as partner and
channel marketing, loyalty marketing, events management and media relations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
• Digital Marketing: Assist in overseeing digital marketing strategies and activities of the resorts
• Social Media Management: Reviewing social media platforms, assisting with growing and nurturing
a fan base within the online community, maximising brand experience and engagement
• Email Marketing: Assist the properties with the development of campaigns, including a list
segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis
• Collateral Development: Copywrite, design and layout of collateral for the properties.
• Website and Online Presence Assist properties in the maintenance and update of websites and
ensure content is up-to-date and consistent across all channels
• SEO & SEM: To work with the appointed agency to manage and report on campaigns for each
property
• Business Needs: To support the team in responding to business demands, compiling reports
and preparation of presentation slides.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Essential
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency using Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Google Suite
• Knowledge/proficiency using graphic design software like Adobe Suite and Canva
• Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of how to create engaging content
Desirable
• Exposure to email marketing strategies, including campaign creation and performance analysis.
• Basic understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance and
generate insights.
• Knowledge or experience in SEO best practices and techniques to enhance website visibility and
organic search rankings.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment,
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills and a team player
