Organizing regular meetings with the sub-contractor's technical teams to resolve technical problems in the pre-construction and construction phases.
Working closely with the Design team and LTA/QPS(client) to resolve execution issues with appropriate functional proposals with the aid of presentations or sketches.
Preparing method statements for construction work including RA and SWP.
Prepare RFI for site inspection for construction, MPI test, welding works, and post-concrete works and also involved in site inspection with QP.
Reviewing of rebar BBS prepared by sub-con in compliance with standards and shop drawings of roof slabs, steel structures, and corbel details for precast installation.
Site Supervision of the construction of structures such as pile caps, underground tanks, base slabs, and columns (~12m high) including corbel, RC beams, Capping beams, RC and PC beam connections, ramps, steel and RC struts, hanging sumps and staircases.
Reviewing and site supervision of surface water drain and waterproofing shop drawings and site work.
Assisting construction manager for planning and preparing daily progress reports
Tracking and optimizing manpower for each work
Preparation of conceptual drawings for steel decking or other temporary structures required on site and reviewing shop drawing submitted by sub-con and supervising site installation.
Reviewing concept drawings and supervising installation of bracing connections between permanent plunge-in-columns for top-down column construction.
Reviewing sub-con's shop drawing for steel strut and supervision of installation work
Job Requirement:
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Experience in reinforced concrete building and architectural design is an advantage
Able to work well under pressure
Independent with good communication skills
Good organizational and planning skills
Effective communication, coordination skills, and teamwork

Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.
Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works
Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients’ project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission
Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission
Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements
Project Management and sites supervision works.
Able to coordinate with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans.
Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with recognised Degree in relevant field
At least 5 years of supervision experience of E&M work in the construction site for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work
Candidate must have LTA/ MRT/ rail projects background

Ensure the quality of all construction work performed on site are in accordance with the company's QAQC requirement.
Visit project sites, arrange and conduct QAQC inspections on mainly Structural Works and Architectural Works.
Assist project teams in the preparation of project specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessment by BCA with specific contract requirements.
Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements are in accordance to specified standards.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s good industry practice.
Ensure that all project quality records and quality audit plans are maintained.
Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement preferably construction/ civil engineering industry.
Must be familiar with safety procedure within the site.
Candidate with PPVC (Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction) experience advantage.
