Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements
• Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs
• Create and manage various ServiceNow elements such as workflows, forms, views, email notifications, roles, and access controls
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with external systems and applications using APIs
• Maintain and manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Identify and resolve system performance issues, proposing enhancements as needed
• Administer the Knowledge Base and Service Catalog
• Participate actively in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
