Job Scope:

The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial and
administrative support and services to the Managing Director and
the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Maintain schedules, calendars and coordinate and follow up on
  daily duties and files
• Arrange and schedule appointments, departmental meetings,
  and management meetings
• Take, prepare and distribute minutes of meetings
• Organise internal and external events
• Coordinate specific outsourcing activities
• Screen telephone calls and handle incoming mails and faxes
• Maintain office systems including data arrangement and filing
• Special related duties

Competency:

• High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of
  sensitive information
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all level
  of people
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English Language
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office
• Problem solving skills

Qualification:

PSC, related first degree/diploma or equivalent qualification with
relevant experience

Experience:

Previous experience for at least 2 years in related field preferably
with senior management
