Our Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance.
As a Territory Manager, you will represent Oncology products for Oklahoma and West Texas territory. You will sell the entire product line to current and new accounts.
Advises customers of new and pricing, backorders, and company policies.
Executes comprehensive in-service of products.
Plans sales calls on a continuous basis, managing sales time effectively.
Develops detailed knowledge of all products and clinical data.
Informs Regional Manager of significant market changes and competitive activity.
Achieves timely, mutually beneficial solutions to customer complaints.
Analyzes customer needs and builds solutions.
Maintains company automobile and company property.
Completes and processes BD Peripheral Intervention reports including but not limited to: sales summary reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports, account targeting reports, and complaint reports in accordance with established procedures and policies.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of outside sales experience required. Medical Device Sales experience preferred
Two to three years outside sales experience or equivalency
Excellent listening skills with proven interpersonal and communication skills
Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards
Must be able to travel in the field, frequently

Guidehouse has been a trusted partner to the Military Health System (MHS), including the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Army Medicine, Air Force Medicine, and Navy Medicine for more than two decades. Guidehouse has supported multiple major MHS transformation projects over this period, providing change management, transformation planning and execution, systems analysis, service modeling, and strategic and operational communications support to key leaders and stakeholders across the MHS. Our MHS team works as a fully-integrated component of our Health segment, which provides comprehensive services to commercial and federal healthcare organizations, including the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
The Guidehouse Internship Program staffs interns on real world projects, showcasing the Guidehouse culture, and providing them with a meaningful consulting experience. Interns work with teams and provide real time deliverables in support of the clients. Each Intern is paired with a Buddy to serve as a resource that can assist them in navigating their Guidehouse experience.

Our Interns help our clients improve their business processes, internal controls, operating efficiency, transparency and performance management, and ability to comply with federal laws and regulations. During your assignment, you will be given the opportunity to support projects to address some of the most significant project challenges faced by federal clients. Guidehouse projects are extremely fluid and require self-motivated individuals willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals. Project members are provided the opportunity to interact with our clients' senior management and enhance their skills in the areas of technical competency, business development, client service and people development.
Throughout the internship, you will have the chance to work with our internal teams on the assigned project/contract, meet with upper management to reflect on your personal and professional development, and socialize with your fellow interns during outings/activities.
As an Intern, you will work with an experienced team to support the development of client deliverables, internal and client presentations, day-to-day project logistics, and any additional project tasks. This position provides individuals the opportunity to serve clients across a wide variety of functions including strategy, process improvement, analytics, accounting, information technology, communications, and project management.

What You Will Need:

Degree Status: Bachelor's degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in Fall 2023 and graduate by Summer 2025)
