As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will conduct market and competitive landscaping, define target segments and personas, craft unique value propositions and drive integrated product marketing campaigns, 

You will make an impact in 3 highly critical areas:

Product Messaging & Positioning:

• Create comprehensive messaging frameworks that articulate the product's features, benefits, and differentiation points. This includes identifying key messaging pillars and mapping them to various customer personas and use cases.
• Lead messaging and positioning efforts for new product launches or feature releases. Develop launch plans that outline messaging strategies, communication channels, and rollout timelines to generate excitement and drive adoption.
• Work closely with product development teams to understand the product roadmap, features, and functionalities. Translate technical specifications into customer-centric messaging that resonates with the target audience.
• Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and product differentiators.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

• Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
• Define target segments, value propositions and distribution channels to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Partner with sales and partner teams to drive awareness, generate leads, and enable sales effectiveness.
• Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to continuously iterate on the GTM strategy and improve future launches. Incorporate learnings to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market approaches.

Product Education & Sales Enablement:

• Create comprehensive sales enablement resources such as sales decks, battle cards, product guides, FAQs, and objection handling documents. These materials should provide sales teams with the necessary information to effectively communicate the value proposition and features of the product.
• Develop sales playbooks that outline messaging frameworks and objection handling for selling. These playbooks should serve as a reference guide for sales reps during customer interactions.
• Partner to create product-related content and assets such as solution sheets, demo videos, and case studies to support marketing and sales efforts.
• Co-conduct product training sessions with the product owners to ensure a deep understanding of our products and their value proposition.

Preferred qualifications and experiences (not all required):

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies in a B2B or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and other teams to drive product success.
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and customer segmentation techniques.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot a plus), CRM systems, and other marketing technology tools.
• Willingness to travel for events, customer meetings, and team collaboration, as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Product Strategy:

• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap for credit & services products
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy
• Define target customer segments and value propositions for credit & services products

Product Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, merchandising, solutions, and finance, to develop and enhance credit & services products.
• Define product requirements, features, and user experiences
• Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and ongoing improvements

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats
• Analyze customer feedback and data to iterate on product offerings
• Stay informed about regulatory changes impacting credit & services products

Financial Analysis:

• Manage the financial performance of credit & services products, including pricing, profitability, and revenue targets
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to optimize financial outcomes

Performance Reporting:

• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of credit products
• Use data and key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions and recommendations

REQUIREMENTS

Product strategy and category management

1. Work closely with country product managers to identify product gaps and build strong portfolio for the Fitting (Faucets and Showers) Category products.
2. Competitor analysis and identify key FABs and completive advantage to fit country portfolio.
3. Support product training team and brand communication team on our differentiation of products and how to translate into consumer benefit effectively versus competition
4. Execute category as per company direction and strategy.
5. Category performance analysis and tracking

NPD development

1. Define clear value proposition of each NPD, prioritize NPDs based on APAC strategy.
2. Verify financial and understand the impact to business case for each new product request.
3. Coordinate with country product manager on approval process "LI Fitting Stage gate " for new products proposal.
4. Follow up the new product performance after launch to evaluate the actual result versus target.

NPD launch

1. Work closely with country and cross functional team to ensure successful process launches.
2. Follow up the post-launch feedback and result if they meet business target. And be able to analyze and make recommendation when they do not.
