Job Description:

· Responsible for repairing and maintaining the Mechanical and Electrical conditions of all facilities, machines, operational equipments and safety equipments by keeping a routine servicing schedule.

· Responsible for maintaining the conditions and safekeeping of tools and equipments required for maintenance / servicing.

· To troubleshoot, repair and maintain machines, operational and safety equipments.

· Responsible on install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner.

· Conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.

· Ensure that heating and plumbing systems perform at optimum functionality.

· Clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors.

· Plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance.

· To maintain records of maintenance activities and report to MD if any anomaly is detected.

Requirements:
