Description du poste
Vous intégrez l’agence de Gennevilliers en tant que Technicien de maintenance en ascenseurs H/F.
Votre priorité : assurer la sécurité des passagers et celle de tous les intervenants techniques en garantissant la parfaite réalisation et conformité des opérations de maintenance.
Au quotidien, vos missions sont les suivantes :
· Gérer et assurer la maintenance préventive et curative du parc d'ascenseurs qui vous est confié,
· Établir votre planning et travailler en itinérance dans votre secteur géographique défini,
· Porter assistance aux passagers, assurer les dépannages et les analyses de pannes.
En fonction de votre expérience, vous êtes formé(e) et vous travaillez en binôme durant vos premiers mois d’activité.

The Geospatial Manager is part of the Geospatial Services team driving geospatial capability building in Singapore. The team provides geospatial analytics, solutioning, data fusion/conversion and training services with the objective to deepen geospatial capabilities in Singapore and in the Government.
The Geospatial Manager will liaise and engage with organisations from the Healthcare, Social, Education sectors and Government Agencies to promote the mainstreaming of geospatial solutions and technologies in Singapore. The Geospatial Consultant works with the team to develop programmes, conduct training & workshops, and execute geospatial analytics projects.
The Geospatial Manager will need to effectively engage with persons unfamiliar with Geospatial data and technology to communicate the value-add and potential that Geospatial has in providing value to their various organisations and workflows.
[What we are looking for]
Good understanding of geospatial (e.g. Understanding of Geospatial concepts, technology, applications, geospatial analytics techniques and methods)
Competent in the application of Python and Java Script. R programming languages is a bonus.
Experience in the use of geospatial software such as ESRI (ArcGIS Pro, Online, tools, etc) or QGIS is required.
Experience in Project management and consultation required.
Experience in training or conducting workshops is required.
Good written communication skills, to curate presentation decks to effectively illustrate key messages and business cases.
Good verbal communication skills, to be able to present Geospatial concepts and technicalities to stakeholders. These stakeholders may be non-technical with no Geospatial background.
Good interpersonal skills, to manage collaborative relationships with various teams and work towards delivery of cross functional projects.

Otis développe son activité et recherche un(e) technicien(ne) supérieur de maintenance pour l'une de ses entités située à Lyon. Votre priorité est d'assurer la sécurité des passagers et des intervenants techniques en entretenant en toute sécurité les ascenseurs et/ou les escaliers roulants.
Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez
Effectuer l’intégralité des visites d'entretien et de maintenance des ascenseurs de votre périmètre d’affectation
Travailler dans la zone géographique définie, en gérant le portefeuille d'ascenseurs qui s'y trouve.
Réagir de manière proactive et rapide pour réparer les pannes, en s'efforçant d'obtenir une première réparation.
Effectuer des réparations mineures pour assurer un fonctionnement continu
Assurer la liaison directe avec le client sur place afin d'établir une bonne relation de travail.
Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :
Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis de conduire
Vous avez au moins 6 mois d'expérience dans le secteur des ascenseurs
Vous avez de bonnes compétences en électricité et en électrotechnique

Essential Functions:
• Partner with the visual team to ensure that sales associate standards training takes place on a regular basis, and that new-hires participate in this training once they come on the sales floor.
• Proactively plan for new receipts and anticipate the need to adjust product flow accordingly.
• Lead the Merchandising Team to present merchandise consistent with visual and merchandising standards
• Ensure the timely floor setup, including signage, for promotional events and seasonal business activity
• Ensure direction of playbook and seasonal merchandise meetings
• Manage the maintenance of the floor and stock areas consistent with store standards and use discretion to tailor standards to store needs.
• Lead team to drive the Customer Experience both in store and Omni
• Partner with the Sales Team Manager (STM) and visual associates to support the overall management of merchandise presentation of the store

• Maintain high store associate engagement. Provide efficient, timely communication of policies and other information.

Education / Experience Requirements:

Knowledge / Skills Requirements:
• Proficient in computer business-related computer equipment and software (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc).

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to use computer keyboard, standard telephone and other related business equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
• Ability to push / pull receiving equipment weighing up to 500 lbs such as rolling flats, z-racks and pallet jacks.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to twist, bend and stoop to retrieve items from floor, shelves, racks, and hooks and place items on floor, shelves, racks and hooks
• Ability to work at a safe and steady pace.
