The Early Talent Program Supervisor is a key member of the Finance team helping drive talent development for early in career. They will also work closely with the global leader of our Early Finance programs, the Senior Manager – Finance Talent Development & Rotation, the Finance. The incumbent is responsible for partnering cross-functionally with engagement, recruiting, programs, Functional leads, coordination, and the broader Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) to build best-in-class Early in Career programs within Finance.

- Drive execution and continuous improvement of our Finance programs including program design, features, events, and recruitment strategy.
- Maintain and manage updates of existing program process documentation.

- Define metrics to ensure success as it relates to employee experience, program participant satisfaction, consistent experience, and performance.
- Use a combination of analytics and expertise to tell the Finance EiC Programs story and influence on the direction of the program.
- Partner with program leadership and the EiC team on Finance recruitment efforts and attend on-campus events as needed.
- Available to extend help for Global Early Talen Program in United States and other regions as needed.
- Co-ordinate Employee Engagements, Administer Finance leadership - People related initiatives in APAC, Co-ordinate with HR, WPS on most of the people related requirements.
