Duties/Responsibilities:

• To assist in accounting activities include general accounting, account receivable, account payable.
• Preparation of Invoice and arrange payment voucher
• Perform data entry & documents filling
• Dealing with queries on the phone and by email, screening when necessary.
• Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
•  Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
•  Support general office administration including proper documentation and filing of office correspondences, office supplies, renewing of road tax, insurance, etc.
•  Organize and proper office filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
•  Performs clerical duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently.
•  Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
•  Can work independently
•  Good working attitude, responsible person with ability to handle work with minimal supervision.
• Undertake any ad hoc duties assigned by Management or Superior from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• Candidates must possess at least SPM or relevant working experiences.
• Fresh graduated encourage to apply.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Able to work multi-task and work independently. Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess good working attitude and multi-tasking skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Words and UBS Inventory & Accounting System.
• Preferably with 1 year working experience in Accounting or Office Administration.
• Able to work immediately would be an added advantage.

Job Responsibility:

• Handle and monitoring Company full sets of accounts including updating and verification of ledgers, bank reconciliation, A/P, A/R, month end closing into accounting system with speed and accuracy and proper file all the related documents.
• To support month end, quarterly and year-end financial closing and reporting.
• Ensure timely account closing including financial statement/report preparation, supporting schedule and related matters.
• Responsible on cash management, budget and forecast and timely submission of management report.
• Handle year end reports for audit and tax schedules.
• Assist in cash management and implementation
• Assist in preparation of trade finance documentation.
• Liaise with auditor, tax agents, company secretary, government authorities and bankers.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities from time to time.
• Complying to ISO 9001 QMS requirement

Job Requirement:

• Diploma, Degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional Accounting qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in handling full set of accounting
• Good command of both spoken and written business English.
• Mandarin fluency preferred for this role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & organization skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Team player who is dynamic, self-motivated, and result oriented.
• Able to work in Kelana Square Kelana Jaya Petaling Jaya
