Responsibilities

• To handle full set of accounts
• Perform inter-company billings

• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Closing of monthly/ quarterly/ yearly accounts
• Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Head of Department (HOD)
• Perform payroll calculations and transactions including CPF
• Assist with audit completion and handling auditor queries when required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI, CAT or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting
• Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred
• Positive personality & disposition, with good working attitude
• Meticulous and willing to learn
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willing to work at S589622 on fully office based arrangement
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm & Alternate Saturday 8.30am – 12.30pm.

• Provide information about available products, prices, and discounts.
• Assist customers in finding the right parts for their specific needs.
• Actively promote and sell parts to individual customers, businesses, or retailers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the target market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Stay updated on product features, specifications, and applications.
• Provide technical information and guidance to customers regarding the selection of parts.
• Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the inventory or warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of ordered parts.
• Handle order-related inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present price quotations to customers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions, including discounts or special promotions.
• Follow established pricing policies and guidelines.
• Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or industrial parts industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent product knowledge and technical understanding.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
