IT Staf

Hi Everyone, PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia Official (Mandiri Inhealth) is currently looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of Senior IT Security for our Head Office at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta. Here are some of the details :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or System Information or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years as a IT Security or IT Cyber Security
• Familiar with common security controls and security flaws for modern Mobile Application, Web Applications, APIs and Cloud Infrastructure
• Understands the OWASP testing methodology
• Manage reporting related Information System Security status
• Manage operational SIEM & Information System Security day to day
• Familiar with common security controls and security standard such as NIST
• Offensive Security certifications is an advantage such as CEH Pratical or OSCP /OSCE certifiied

• Coordinates with Central IT department for all Plant IT Infrastructure setup, IT Infrastructure maintenance & IT Infrastructure improvement
• Manage the asset planning, procurement & controlling for all IT Infrastructure equipment
• Planning & controlling of budget for IT Infrastructure
• Coordinates all projects related to Central IT Dept services to our plant
• Responsible for the IT Security planning and implementation in the plant to ensure compliances with the Bosch Central Directives
• Enable highly available IT systems with the best performance while maintaining the highest security standards in plant
• Supports and ensuring conformity for all IT Manufacturing audits in the plant
• Participate & contribute to the success of the Bosch Automotive Electronic Semiconductor Division’s IT Manufacturing organization
• Responsible as the Local Authorization Coordinator (LAC) for plant
• Managing the access administration to MES, SAP & Reporting in plant
• Support the Data Security setup and coordination in plant

• To be involved in day-to-day audit work on operation and to advice the Hotel Manager for any uncharacteristic happenings.
• To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following ACCOR/FRS Standards of Performance.
• To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set.
• To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Admin & General Division or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.
• To perform all duties and tasks when rotated or assigned to another Department as per established standards for that Department.
• To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
• To assist authorized users in relation to operation of the hotel’s IT system hardware, various modules and supporting personal computers.
• To ensure that preventive maintenance required by any IT equipment in the hotel is carried out appropriately.
• To coordinate the timely repair and return to service of any faulty systems or items of equipment.
• To establish and implement procedures to ensure the backup of data in any IT system.
• To rebuild data corrupted by either hardware or software faults.
• To coordinate the investigation and timely handling of any software fault reports or enhancement requests.
• To set up emergency procedures to continue the operation of the hotel in the event of system failure.
• To provide manuals on the use of any IT systems and incorporate those manuals into the relevant operating procedures of the hotel.
• To arrange the distribution of Night Audit and other regularly system-produced reports.
• To establish necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the IT systems.
• To provide technical assistance to internal or external Audit staff.
• To work with the Sales & Marketing Department and Operational Departments to set up and maintain clean relevant databases for management purpose.
• To ensure the continuous availability of a hierarchy to deal with an emergency in any essential IT system.
• To ensure the availability of any stationery or consumables required by any IT systems.
• To keep the software in the Property Management System up to the current release as instructed by the Regional IT.
• To advise the management of the hotel on additional facilities that could be provided by existing or further IT systems and technological advances.
• To ensure that all licenses and annual maintenance contracts are complete and up to date
• To prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with workload and priorities for the approval by the Hotel Manager
• To project at all times a positive and motivated attitude and exercise self control.
• To carry out quarterly, bi-yearly, yearly inventory of operating equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as IT helpdesk for testing, server maintenance, troubleshooting/bug fixing (such as: windows, internet and server connection)
• Act as Data Center Operations
• Responsible for IT Project implementation and IT Support

Job Description :

1. Develop user's improvement requirements such as smart factory systems (MES, WMS, SPC, RMS, etc.) for their production operation

2. Develop development requirements for smart factory related projects

3. Being local development team and communicate with HQ development center

Requirements                 :

● University(S1/D3) Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science

● Programming Language: C# or Java, REST API, Spring Framework

● Good English communication, both written and spoken

● Can speak Korean & Indonesia is a plus

Requirement:

• Maximum 29 years old
• Possessed at least Bachelor Degree of Computer Engineering
• Have at least 1-3 year experience as Programmer
• Must understand web based programming language such as .NET Core, PHP, C#, and Visual Basic
• Understand DDL & DML from SQL Server
• Have experience in developing business application

• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Desire to work in an information systems environment.
• Good communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
