Job Description

Responsibilities

Generate sales among client accounts, including disruptive and cross-selling

Operates as the lead point of contact for assigned customers

Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts and stakeholders

Communicates & understand client’s needs and demands in timely manner

Forecasts and tracks client account metrics

Maintain good relationship with clients while managing the projects to meet the goals

Identifies opportunities to grow company's business

Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent services

Leadership skills to delegate tasks

Collaborates with sales & tech teams based at multiple locations to reach prospective clients

Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines

Contract negotiation and close agreements to optimise profits

Keep records of client transactions & reports

Requirements

-Minimum bachelor's degree preferred in IT-related field

-Independent and Team Leader

-Strong communication skills

-Fluent in both Chinese (to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts) and English; spoken and written.

-Able to multi-task and meet deadlines

-Allowance and commission are available

-Monday to Friday

Degree qualified, you have minimum 10 years of experience in property and/or workspace related technologies. You come with strong knowledge of program and change management methodologies and approaches. You are a strong communicator, and resilient with effective stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Business Solutions: Identifying business areas where there are opportunities for technology to improve a business outcome, real estate asset and supporting the delivery of business technology solutions.
• Technology: Familiarity with PropTech related domains with a primary focus on buildings, followed by workspace/tenant centric technologies.
• Innovation: Driving new ways of working and new ways of experimentation, driving ideation and supporting delivery of innovation initiatives in the market.
• Work closely with the Head of IT in shaping the technology and digital services strategy ensuring that the market input is included in technology roadmap and digital plans.
• Contribute in scoping, defining, and delivery of technology projects for the local and regional market.
• Manage consultants and contractors to bridge approved business solution towards PropTech related objectives
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of projects that is within scope, schedule and budget – including change control
• Deliver timely and accurate communication to stakeholders
• Provide leadership, mentoring, professional guidance, direction and supervision to other internal team member on all development and project management matters
• Provide continuance to allow the business to harvest benefits post-program completion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems and related disciplines
• Experienced in solution architecture for enterprise technology platforms and participation in innovation projects with broad knowledge across multiple technology domain
• Excellent organisational and communication skills (Conversant in English)
• Possess a collaborative communication style and influential skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Self-motivated & ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Analytical and possess good creative thinking and problem-solving skills
