Jobs Scope:

Assisting workshop manager in overseeing day-to-day operations
Scheduling, coordinating, and supervising the activities of workshop personnel
Interact with customers to understand their service and repair needs, provide cost estimates, and address any concerns or questions they may have
Ensure that customers receive excellent service and that their vehicles are returned to them in a timely manner
Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining records of work performed, preparing reports, and processing invoices and payments

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift
 
Ability to commute/relocate: Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
 

Experience: Commercial Truck related industry: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Workshop Manager in overseeing daily workshop operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and maintaining high-quality work standards.
• Supervise and lead a skilled team of mechanics and technicians, ensuring they are well-trained, competent, and supported in their work.
• Ensure that all work carried out in the workshop is done in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain precise workshop records, including job cards, timesheets, and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all paperwork.
• Collaborate with customers and internal departments to ensure satisfaction and meet their needs for all completed work.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that all parts and materials are available when needed, and that they are stored and handled correctly.
• Assist the Workshop Manager in enhancing workshop efficiency by developing and implementing streamlined processes and procedures.
• Support the Workshop Manager in managing the budget for the workshop, including monitoring costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years experince in fields.
• Support speak English and Malay.
