Role purpose
Support Markets and Partnerships sales and thought leadership initiatives. The intern will support research, planning, and assist in creating reports and thought leadership content development.
Role tasks and responsibilities
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis. Provide insights to support business development and strategic decision-making.
- Proposal Support: Support proposal development for new business opportunities, including market positioning, value proposition, and pricing strategies.
- Client Support: Provide support for client meetings, workshops, events and presentations.
- Data Collection and Synthesis: Gather data related to market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Synthesize information for internal use.
- Project Coordination: Support project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to market expansion and partnerships.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team with campaign execution across channels like email, social media, and events. Support campaign monitoring, data analysis, and reporting. Help create marketing collateral as needed.
- Final-year undergraduate student in relevant fields such as international relations
- Skilled in conducting online research
- Proficient in English and Japanese
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Close attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple commitments under time pressure.
