KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Duties and responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned from time to time.

• Assist in the creation of all marketing and communications activities such as marketing collateral production, advertising and promotional programs.

• Assist with fulfillment of marketing promotions and execution of marketing events.

• Assist in writing and editing support for all outbound communication including email, promotional materials, collateral updates, reports, training materials and presentations.

• To keep track and to monitor the hotel’s feedback in all travel portal and compile report.

• Perform market survey and sales data analysis.

• Assist in organising events, exhibitions and fairs.

• Facilitates social media engagement, hotel website content updates and other digital channels content updates.

• Identify and explore new trends in social media, digital marketing and marketing automation. 

• Work on printed material to supplement online products.

• Support in writing engaging written or graphic content for digital marketing campaigns.

• To take photography and videography of events, happenings, activities in and out of the hotel as deemed fit.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Public Relations or equivalent.

• Good interpersonal, personal and communication skills. 

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Outgoing personality, excellent people skills, good teamwork and communication, organisation and planning skills.

• Experience in collateral production, marketing and PR activities, and project management are an advantage.

• Computer skills with proficient in MS Office applications (Knowledge on Adobe Photoshop, other design and basic photography skills an advantage)
