Key Duties/Responsibilities:
• Oversee a group of outlets and work with respective branch managers to develop and implement short term and long-term plans in line with the company strategies.
• Regular monitoring of outlets sales and ensure goal and expectation are achieved.
• Works with Management to circulate all communication of company strategy, business priorities and targets for Branch Managers and ensures there are systems in place to enable the Branch Managers to receive the information in a timely manner.
• To act as a leader in assigned territory by leading, inspire and develop the outlet teams in delivering a true brand experience for consumers and lead a team of Branch Managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
• Undertake sound financial management to ensure outlets are profitable and stay within budget.
• Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines identifying skills and opportunities for development.
• Train, supervise, lead, and guide new Branch Managers.
• Responsible to ensure outlet’s operation are following SOP, well organised and properly merchandised.
• Analysis of market to identify expansion opportunities within the area.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements:
• At least 5 years working experience in beauty spa retail & sales operations management.
• Experience managing a fast-paced retail operation. Passion for people & processes.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and management skill.
• Resourceful, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
• Able to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of people.
• Able to analyse situations and resolve the issues with innovative and creative thinking
