Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for full set accounts, reconciliation reports.
2.Ensure prompt year end and month-end closings.
3.Prepare monthly financial reporting, management reporting.
4.Prepare and update tax and audit schedules.
5.Able to generate monthly P & L report for management review.
6.Good knowledge for MYOB accounting software.
7.Able to handle taxation submission, GST.
8.Oversee overall cashflow management, rolling cashflow projections.
9.Monitor and update outstanding payments, collections and recoveries.
10.Support treasury management and weekly cashflow reporting.
Requirements:
1.Tertiary education in Accounting.
2.Meticulous and attention to details.
3.Good analytical and coordinating abilities.
4.Prior experience in construction industry is strongly preffered.
5.Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline.
6.A good team player and able to multi-tasking.
7.Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with associates).
