Job Responsibilities :

• Setup, operate and maintain CNC Machining Center to fabricate the precision parts based on given drawing (engineering metal part)
• Responsible and prepare daily production output as per production schedule.
• Prepare 2D / 3D programme and data transfer to machine.
• Coordinate with the team and other related product lines for smooth operation flow.
• Simple troubleshooting of CNC Machining Center.

Job Requirements :

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Able to work independently and perform overtime work (if needed)
• Ability to read and interpret 2D & 3D engineering drawing.
• Computer literate & proficient in Autocad / MasterCam.
• Written and spoken language : English / Bahasa Malaysia / Chinese.
• Pleasant, responsible, good interpersonal skills and attention to details.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Own transportation.

Requirement / Qualification

• At least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Computer 
  Science/Information Technology or equivalent 
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this 
  position 
• Required skill(s): Communication, presentation and negotiation skills 
• Advantage skill: Knowledge or at least 1 year experience in system development. 
• Knowledge and experience in software development life cycle, analysing and 
  system designing 
• Leadership skills, when it comes to assisting the team leader and in terms of

Job Description

• Participate during the initial Information Gathering, Analysis & Project Initiation. 
• Get business & function requirements from user/ stakeholders for product, new 
  systems and for enhancements to existing systems 
• Analyse and propose solution that meet requirements 
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements 
• Prepare specification documents which includes requirements process/integration solution.
• Able to describe in language, diagram (UML) and 
  sample screen for better understanding. (ex: URS, SRS, SDS, API Guideline) 
• Assist the team leader/management effectively communicating your insights. 
  and plans to team members and management 
• Support the team leader/management in delivering the project plan on-time 
• Mentor junior business analyst 
• Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff 
• Provide on-going knowledge support and be involved in various stages of the 
  Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and scrum

Job Responsibilities:

• Preform variance investigation, verification and reporting on regular basis
• Completion of reports with high accuracy on time
• Responsible in product costing and cost accounting
• Assist in performing weekly & monthly variance analysis, cost and  profitable analysis
• To analyse cost for costing purposes, monitor changes in manufacturing process to determine the impact on profitability
• Update costing information, report preparation and carry out comparison of cost estimates against actual
• Calculate and analyse product costs, including material costs, direct labour, and manufacturing overhead. Work closely with the product development team to calculate costs for new products and provide cost inputs for pricing decisions.
• To support any ad-hoc assign from Management 
• Maintain and enhance costing systems and tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency of cost data. Implement cost accounting methodologies and provide training to team members to ensure adherence to established standards

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in costing system development;
• Strong in interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Medium-high level of excel proficiency – V/H/X lookups and Pivot Tables is a must and preferable knowledge or experience in BI tools (Power BI / Power Query) will be an advantage;
• Presentation skills with PowerPoint
• Number sensitive  
• Working experience in Lean Manufacturing is highly preferred, but not a must.
