- Determining the end-to-end design of company's Workday solution for given processes under the leadership of the Workstream Lead.
- Ensure correct Workday configuration and business processes meet the need of each country and their respective legal requirement.
- Participate in global end to end process mapping and roll out to countries. Lead workshops to facilitate country roll out of Workday.
- Partner with participating countries to complete testing phase of project - ensuring all configuration, change requests and country specific requirements have been designed correctly.
- Demonstrating change leadership and collaborative problem solving to further the mission of a performance management culture that drives the company’s values meets/exceeds all relevant targets and objectives within the business.
Requirements:
• Proven HR process management experience by having successfully operated, designed, optimized, automated, deployed and measured HR business processes of a global scope in the domain of the given workstream – with significant aspects of complex IT implementation, organizational transformation and ambitious value creation targets.
• Graduate/post-graduate degree in Business Management, HR or related discipline.
• 5+ years of work experience and knowledge in several fields of HR Business Processes, HR IS (Human Resources Information Systems) or Compensation in roles at large technological and industrial companies with complex organizations and multi-cultural management.
• Experience with Workday, specifically the Compensation/Advanced Compensation or HCM (Human Capital Management) modules is highly favorable.
• Ability to structure and convey complex messages, urgency and insights into meaningful action plans.
