- Provide support in general administrative jobs
- Prepare PR/PO, quotation, costing, etc and respond to respective person-in-charge
- Liaise and coordinate with suppliers/subcon in delivery arrangement and others
- To execute day-to-day functions effectively and efficiently
- To execute any ad-hoc tasks, if any
- Minimum SPM and above
- Mininum 1 year's experience as an Admin Assistant
- Able to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia in both written and oral
- Computer literate
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to start work immediately
- Full-Time position available
