5.5 working days per week or flexi hour (may consider work from home)
Responsibilities
- receiving order enquiry from online & offline source
- live chat with customer
- work closely with warehouse / production team to check on stock availability
- process order from issuing bill, payment receiving to arrange delivery
- make sure customer receive order in good condition
- receiving review from customer and feedback to the team
- receiving call / email / message for general enquiry and pass message to respective person
- assist in any administrative work
- assist superior for any tasks required
Requirements:
- preferably fast learner individuals
- fresh graduates are welcome
- fluent in English & Mandarin
- able to work flexi hour to complete daily task
- able to work on Sunday / public holiday
- able to cope with any ad hoc
- flexible in any situation
- capable in handling complaints
- good manners to customer at all time
- able to work independently without much supervision

Requirements: -
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Business Discipline.
- Min 3 years of Sales & Marketing experience preferably in Lift / Escalator business, those with lesser experience can be considered for Engineer position.
- Independent, well-organized, pro-active attitude, good communication and sales management skills.
- Self-motivated, a good team player with energetic personality and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office application and sales presentation software.
- Good command of spoken and written English, BM and Mandarin are advantageous.
