GENERAL DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate recording of payments, and assisting in month-end closing activities. This role requires strong collaboration skills to work with internal teams and resolve any accounts receivable and accounts payable related issues

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain the entire accounts receivable process, including collection and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all incoming payments and collections.
• Update receipt numbers to bank control and follow up on unknown payments with Operation and Sales teams.
• Ensure timely issuance of credit notes and customer refunds with accuracy.
• Follow up on outstanding items as directed by the superior and finance manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any accounts receivable and accounts payable related issues.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Assist the superior or finance manager with BSP related tasks.

WORK REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or related roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
