該職位將負責執行出口海運/海運的貨運。作為出口貨運管理員，您將負責端到端出口協調，包括處理出口查詢、與您的客戶和服務提供者確認資訊、準備/提交所有出口文件、確保所有資訊準確記錄在 Cargowise（系統）中以及開立相關發票（費用）。您的職責包括核對出口文件、向航運公司訂艙、組織貨物運輸、客戶開立發票等。
*管理有效、合法執行進出口活動所需的文件。
*鞏固準備。
*根據托運人的指示在電腦系統中更新艙單數據
*將資料輸入EDI管理系統。
*檢查並驗證提單/發票列印。
*解決與海關部門的貨物報告差異。
*與會計團隊合作解決與營運發票問題的差異。
*維護貨物安全和適當的記錄。
*向客戶提供文件、報告和報價。
*在客戶實施、開發和保留方面發揮關鍵作用，積極管理自己的客戶帳戶，提供優質的客戶服務。
*與客戶建立並維持牢固、專業的工作關係，以支援新的和額外的業務流的開發。
候選人要求
我們正在尋找充滿活力、熱情和積極主動的人士（馬來西亞女性）申請此職位。
具有以下資格和經驗的候選人將被考慮：
-物流、國際貨運代理或相關學科的高等教育學歷（學位或文憑水平）；或同等商業經驗。
- 至少3年貨運代理/供應鏈與物流行業經驗；沒有物流經驗但具有正確的工作態度和真正的熱情和興趣的將被適當考慮。
- 較強的英語口頭和書面溝通能力。
- 具有 MS Office 套件和 Cargowise-EDI 等電子系統的中級技能。
- 在先前的工作中與客戶服務角色相關的良好記錄將是有利的。
