Accounts Receivable/Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Expense Management and Calculation Payroll

Bookkeeping:

• Maintaining financial records by accurately recording day-to-day transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales, and receipts.

Financial Reporting:

• Generating basic financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and Internal monthly report.

Assisting with Audits:

• Providing support during audits by preparing documents, gathering information, and responding to auditor inquiries.

Data Entry and Record-Keeping:

Communications:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Updating financial records via accounting software
• Preparing weekly report
• Maintain petty cash and record petty cash via accounting software
