We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Accounting Specialist with at least 3 years of full set accounting experience and exposure to the SaaS industry. Working with our SG and US accounting firms, he/she will be put in charge of the accounting for both our SG and US entities. This role requires very good English communication skills (written and verbal) in order to work effectively with external partners as well as the internal billing team. This role will report to the Head of Operations and work closely with our fractional CFO.

Work Scope (part-time 3-4 days per week)

• Book and file expense invoices according to cost centers.
• Support and liaise with US and SG accounting firms to ensure compliance and accuracy in books and monthly and annual consolidated management reports.
