Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project strategies and objectives.
• Create, Groom and maintain Business Requirements / User stories, Data models and Data flow, Functional Specifications to effectively communicate business requirements to development teams.
• Perform data analysis to extract valuable insights, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions align with business requirements and are delivered within established timelines.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements, and to address concerns and questions.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure that delivered solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.
• Assist in change management activities, including communication, training, and support, to ensure a smooth transition during the implementation of changes.
• Monitor and assess the performance of implemented solutions, and recommend further optimizations as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or) Accounting (or) Information Technology, (or) related field.
• Proven experience around 8-12 years as a Business Analyst in a similar role is required.
• Conversant with Agile practices and methodologies. Exposure to JIRA and Confluence is strongly required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
