As the Senior Manager/Assistant Director, IOC, you will lead the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) for Health and Social Care Division and scale up the various functions for the entire organisation in SLEC.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Mission and Vision of SLEC

a. Be committed to SLEC’s mission and vision and support SLEC’s growth goals and strives to fulfil our strategic mandate.

2. Superior Situation Awareness and Resource Management

a. Enable the IOC to possess superior situational awareness of all capacities and utilization/efficiency rates of all facility and manpower resources across all service lines and services for SLEC on a daily basis.

5. Care Integration

Requirements:

1. Education and Credentials

a. Minimum bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or relevant field.

The Centre

This gorgeous, EXCEEDING and not-for-profit, 70 place service in St. Leonards is seeking an ECT qualified Centre Director to join their service to help guide and lead an established team of educators.
The centre follows an inquiry-based approach where children are encouraged to explore and guide their own learning. The service also believes in collaborating with families and the local community to ensure the children are provided with the highest quality education possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who is ready and excited to help build and grow alongside a service.

The Role

Our company is a leader in distribution of I.T. / Computer products. We are looking for an individual with a passion for technology to join our dynamic team with roles in Customer Service + part time Graphics Design Assistant. To become a team member, you need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task as required.

As a valued team member, you will be required to help with incoming calls, Emails, sales orders, and answer sales inquiries as required. You need to have a customer first attitude that is always pleasant & polite. Any experience or knowledge in computer hardware is considered an advantage for this position.

As a graphics design assistant, you will need to be skilled in Adobe suite such as Photoshop and Illustrator and have a good working knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You will be required to design & update graphics for our Website/Newsletter and for our social media platform. You should know how to engage an audience by creating creative content that is relevant & current to the latest technology trend. You will also be required to update our website with graphics & content as required.
We are located at Coopers Plains on Brisbane south side with staff parking available onsite. Bus/train station is also nearby walking distance.
