(a) Support company’s strategy development, execution of organizational plans and proactive preparation of deliverables
(b) Collaborate with other local teams and counterparts at head office in order to ensure reliability of the deliveries and stability of the run
(c) Takes the lead role in developing the overall functions of the assigned accounts to achieve company set objectives in new business development in Asia countries set by management.
(d) Development of new BD strategies, aimed at the achievement or surpassing of pre-determined sales objectives for supporting the growth of the company’s business.
(e) Establish and contact with distributors/dealers/customers in the China and Taiwan market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
(f) Promoting company products to new clients in China and Taiwan market.
(g) Achieve the annual volume objectives pre-established by the Company based on the company’s sales and promotional policy.
(h) Assist in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
(i) Assist in developing and recommending product positioning and pricing strategy to expand market share in the short and long term.
(j) Oversees and evaluates market research, monitor competitor products and adjust strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
(k) Accountable for achieving maximum distribution, sales, and profitability, to achieve monthly sales target for assigned account
(l) Provide the monthly sales performance and trade competitor activities reports to management. A&P tracking, control of trade expenditure.
(m) Establish and maintain relationships with key strategic partners.
(n) Handle day to day operations matters related to assigned account.
(o) Other ad-hoc matters
