· Experience in aircraft interior work (preferred, not mandatory)

· In-depth knowledge in DOA for Part 21 manufacturing engineering development work

· In-depth Knowledge in Part-145 repair development work

· Knowledge for SRM, CMM and technical data interpretation

Role & Responsibilities

· Review repair work scope report for correct repair callout

· Review BOM list to ensure correct spares and consumables procurement

· Review and approve repair traveller prior to repair work

· Coordinate with Operations to ensure proper tooling available in workshop

· Development of Part 21 product engineering work for DOA approval

· Development of Part 145 repair engineering work for repair capabilities

· Development of production and repair shopfloor work flow with Operations

· Review production and repair work cycle time with Operations for optimum manpower deployment

· Conduct First Article development, evaluation and qualification for new product and new repair capabilities

· Filing of engineering work packages

· Work closely with Operations to ensure compliance in workshop for proper tooling availability, process improvement, workshop layout optimization and manpower planning.
