The Job:
- Research and identify solutions related to the software and hardware’s issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues such as account setup, network configuration, etc.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- To administer and maintain the company's servers & IT infrastructure.
- Oversee and maintain the company's corporate services such as phone system, email, domain name etc.
- Perform troubleshooting, backup, archiving, and disaster recovery.
- Install and upgrade computer software and network equipment.
- Assist in Asset Management.
The Person:
- Possesses at least Diploma / Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Studies or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience as Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
- Have the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Possesses hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
- Have a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Positive, proactive and has a service-oriented attitude.
