Enterprise IT (EIT) is an essential component of the current IT division that provides support to the Pharmaceutical Research, Supply Chain, Marketing organizations as well as Enabling Functions. The EIT SAP Platform Team is responsible for our company’s SAP Global Template asset, delivering enterprise-level capabilities through harmonized business processes and data. The team is responsible for the operation of all SAP and integrated solutions, governance of the associated enterprise assets, and cost-effective delivery of capabilities to support achievement of immediate and future state business objectives.
Within the EIT SAP Platform Team, the SAP FI/CO Technical Lead will focus on preserving the continuity of our Company's Finance applications. The candidate will provide functional design and guidance for the Finance Business Management (FBM) processes and manage end-to-end SAP technical configuration for the SAP FI/CO modules.
This role reports to the Global Financial Business Management Director.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
Lead a global team of 6-8 functional resources-combination of employees and contractors. Responsible for delivery and governance of SAP Financial applications and reporting: FI-General Ledger, Controlling: CCA, PCA, IO, CO-PA). Familiarity with SAP Project Systems (PS) helpful.

SAP Cross-Functional Delivery:

SAP Functional Expertise:
This role will be the Subject Matter Expert in the SAP FI/CO modules of SAP and is responsible to sustain the ERP FBM solutions to support our Company's Human Health business.
Ensure appropriate integration of processes across the organization.
Accountable for providing overall direction to the support team. Communicates/coordinates across business and IT to resolve critical incidents resulting in significant impact to business operations and finance month end close.
Provide functional leadership and guidance to the SAP team and business users in optimizing business processes within the SAP environment.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP functionality and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Ability to visualize end-to-end integrated business processes and impacts across key areas such as Financial Business Management, Order to Cash, Source to Settle, Supply Chain Management, Tax, and Financial Supply Chain.
SAP Configuration:
Responsible for SAP configuration changes and developments align with business requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
Adhere to change control processes and methodologies to minimize system disruptions and ensure system stability.
Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to prioritize and work independently on the delivery of SAP enhancements and new functionalities.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with Business Process Stewards, Global Enterprise IT/ERP Operations functional/technical leads to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Work closely with Value team to prioritize, providing insights and recommendations on leveraging SAP capabilities to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Required Education Level:
Bachelor’s Degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT or similar area.
Advanced Degree is a plus.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in SAP FI/CO modules of SAP. Familiarity with SAP Project Systems (PS) helpful.
Full life cycle implementation and supporting Finance Shared Services experience would be a plus.
Experience in SAP HANA S/4 environment preferred.
SAP delivery team leadership experience required.
Adept at understanding internal customer challenges, navigating from problem to resolution and communicating the resolution effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
Life Sciences Industry experience preferred.
Cross-functional business process experience required.
Experience working in a collaborative, matrixed environment preferred.
Proven record of excellent performance
Proficiency with project management tools.
Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior management, clients, peers and team members.
Travel Requirements: 10-15% annually. Candidates based in PA will be required to travel to Rahway, NJ at least once per week.

Director, Product Line Technical Lead, Experimental Design and Execution
We are seeking an energetic and collaborative person to join the Research and Development Sciences value team responsible for enabling data and technology products and services that accelerate our scientists’ ability to discover and develop innovative medicines that change the course of human health.
As the technical leader of the Experiment Design and Execution (EDE) product line you will develop and evolve a vision for the suite of products that enable the workflows of scientific experimentation and direct a cross functional team to the successful realization of that vision, solving challenging business problems by bringing together technologies, capabilities, and talent to create products that deliver insight, efficiency, and fantastic user experience. You will help define the standard of excellence in product management in our organization and combine this with your knowledge of drug discovery and development to inspire the cross-functional product organization to deliver value to our scientists.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities that lead to the growth of our products through constant improvement and innovation while also ensuring consistent delivery and stable operation of products. Single point of accountability for Experiment Design and Execution (EDE) Product line technology vision, roadmap, and delivery ensuring strong architectural alignment of products in the product line. Proactively seek to understand technology trends, vendor marketplace and upcoming business needs to guide product teams on providing forward looking technology solutions.
Ensure strong architectural alignment of products in the product line with the overall outcomes and success metrics of the Research and Development Sciences value team through setting and managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
Evaluate and provide input into strategic plans for other product lines across the Research and Development Sciences value team, identifying opportunities for experiment design and execution platform products to accelerate value delivery by user-experience product teams through creation of reusable services and capabilities.
Coach, guide, and manage a team of technical leads, engineers, architects across product line to own technology solutions from conception to retirement, aligned with key architectural design patterns
Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory safety, GMP and Validation requirements. Ensure all systems are designed, built, and operated to full SDLC requirements.
Ensure products within the product are meeting/exceeding business enablement, life cycle management SLAs and adherence to policy compliance procedures with performance metrics in place to track actual relative to goals and identify opportunities for improvement.
Become the key evangelist of EDE products and engage with experts within and outside of our company.

Minimum of 10 years in technology product management or in IT leadership roles in complex matrix environments supporting scientific discipline such as biology, chemistry, or computational sciences
Has managed technical product teams and architects. Proven experience in team building, mentoring, and leadership with a demonstrated ability to inspire others to follow a common vision. Ability to function in geographically distributed culturally diverse environment.
Worked with lab management products and technologies such as notebook, lab information management, Sample Management, registration, archiving etc.
Has experience with technical and/or solution architecture, driving better and purposeful decision making on capability and last mile solutions across the value team, experience and comfort making build-buy-assemble decisions as well as technology stack decisions.
Awareness of relevant industry business, information and technology trends in lab systems. Demonstrated knowledge of business processes and industry/market trends within the biopharmaceutical scientific space.
Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex technical decisions. Proven negotiation and guiding through influence skills, along with good problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate strategic thinking skills and an eagerness to learn scientific processes, drug discovery and development processes, regulatory requirements as necessary to solve problems.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Five or more years in a Drug discovery environment is preferred.
Worked with Product Management tools like Jira, Jira Align, Workboard and has worked in agile methodologies (scrum, Kanban etc.)
Extensive hands-on experience with one or more Inventory & Sample Management solutions, Entity Registration Systems, Lab Information Management Systems, Electronic Lab Notebooks, Request Management and/or Resource Planning systems, Chemical Registration and other laboratory software systems is desired for this position.

Position Overview
The Scent Technology and Innovation (ST&I) Technical Director is responsible for leading, developing and implementing the innovation strategy in the region, to deliver and commercialize consumer preferred Fragrance solutions driving differentiation and building competitive advantage.
In this position you will be responsible for managing a pluridisciplinary technical team, located in our different Creative Centers in Asia to support the growth of our business in the region and drive innovation on a global scale for our Bar Soap and Powder Detergent categories.
In this ST&I leadership role, you will partner with our Perfumers, Scent Design Managers, Commercial, R&D and Operations teams as well as with other support function departments such Regulatory affairs, Legal or CS&I.
You will also interact with global cross categories ST&I Senior leaders and develop partnerships on technology projects with key strategic customers.
You will directly report to the Regional Innovation Creation & Design Director based in Singapore, with a dotted reporting line to the US based VP, Scent Technology and Innovation.
How you will Lead and Contribute
SUPPORT THE REGIONAL STRATEGY
1) Work with the Regional GM, Creative Center Managers and Scent Design Group Directors to develop and execute the strategy.
2) Lead the execution of strategic technical innovations to support must win / mission critical projects for the region.
3) Project management and governance: effectively allocate resouces, manage C2S, etc.
INNOVATION MANAGEMENT
1) Define and develop new technologies to drive consumer benefits at relevant touchpoints that address the needs of our customers for the Personal Wash and Powder Detergent categories.
2) Partner with Global ST&I Category Directors and R&D to define Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for new technologies and to work through the category team to assess these new technologies against the KPI’s providing relevant feedback.
3) Drive IP Strategy for the Personal Wash and Powder Detergent categories to maximize IFF competitive position.
4) Manage and support innovation programs for cross catgeories.
5) Drive a consumer-driven approach to Scent Innovation.
GO TO MARKET
1) Partner with Commercial teams to build presentations/pitches to customers for visits and core listings.
2) Determine technology strategy and innovation pipeline and priorities for key customers.
3) Develop Innovation partnership programs with IFF key customers maximizing business opportunities.

TALENT MANAGEMENT
1) Lead and inspire a team of ST&I Scientists and Managers.

The incumbent will serve as the Supervisory Program Analyst (National Public Contact Quality Chief) to the Assistant Director of Quality and Compliance. The incumbent is responsible for managing the performance of individual quality reviewers and overseeing the administrative functions essential to the operation of the National Public Contact Quality Office.

Job Description
The Analyst will support the Capital Formations team with liquidity and liability management.
Responsibilities
The potential candidate will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of liquidity management and certain facets of liability management including:
Monitoring of actual & pro-forma cash balances
Forecasting liquidity needs for various funds
Tracking and maintenance of pipeline holdings
Drafting of capital calls and distribution notices
Testing for hypothetical trades
Participating and leading portfolio construction process if we need to add additional debt, terms: go into BCRED, select the assets that will need that eligibility; ensure the assets in guidelines lender requires
Prioritizing aged trades for the loan settlements team
Assisting in the preparation of senior management and investment committee meeting materials
Qualifications

1+ years of professional experience in an investment bank, consulting firm or an advisory firm
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to work with large amounts of performance and risk data
A desire to work in a team environment, often under competing priorities
Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude, diligent and conscientious work ethic
Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Adaptive, collaborative, positive and proactive disposition

Expected annual base salary range:
$110,000 - $130,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
