Job Description:
- Handle customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products via chat support
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre environment
- Strong command of English (verbal & written) skills
- Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts
- Able to start immediately
