Job Responsibilities:

• Familiar with the configuration, distribution, and operational status of electrical equipment, high and low voltage distribution systems, as well as facilities such as UPS, chillers, fire protection, and low-voltage systems in data centers.
• Responsible for ensuring the safe and stable operation of all equipment during the shift.
• Responsible for scheduling and supervising the work of electricians and HVAC technicians during the shift.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment during the shift and verify relevant operational data.
• Responsible for managing hygiene in designated areas during the shift.
• Responsible for physical security control in the data center during the shift.
• Respond to emergencies or incidents that occur during the shift.
• Implement the annual maintenance plan during the shift.
• Handle fire emergencies and operate related equipment during the shift.

Qualitifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering, automation, refrigeration, or related fields.
• Hold valid high and low voltage operation certificates as well as HVAC operation certificates.
• 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical facilities maintenance, with 3 years of experience in data center operations and familiar with the daily maintenance of UPS, generators, chillers, and other systems.
• Familiar with the condition of mechanical and electrical facilities in the data center, with the ability to handle faults and emergencies.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and improve.
• Possesses good teamwork spirit and some team management skills.
• Proficient in computer usage and operation.

Experience: Cloud Computing: 1 year (Preferred)

資質：

• 機電工程、自動化、冷凍或相關專業本科及以上學歷。
• 持有有效的高低壓操作證以及暖通空調操作證。
• 5年機電設施維護經驗，3年資料中心運作經驗，熟悉UPS、發電機、冷水機組等系統的日常維護。
• 熟悉資料中心機電設施狀況，具備處理故障和突發事件的能力。
• 責任感強，注重細節。
• 表現出強烈的學習和改進意願。
• 具有良好的團隊合作精神和一定的團隊管理能力。
• 精通計算機的使用和操作。

• Manage a team of technicians overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud systems.
• Supervise daily operational tasks, including backups, updates, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Operations teams to ensure prompt incident resolution and SLA adherence.
• Perform regular performance evaluations, providing feedback, coaching, and training to enhance team members' skills.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices related to IT operations and security.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Knowledge & skills with both electrical and HVAC systems and equipment (can check using the chart)
